Over the next several months we will provide on-line Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) training. On-line training available for CLE credit will be clearly marked. Here are some titles for future training modules: Basic Negotiation Skills, Mediation Basic Training, Advanced ADR Training, Resource-Based Environmental ADR, and Water Law Disputes. Additional subject matter training will be provided as we develop the site. We will also provide links to mediation books, journal articles, and video blogs that provide substantive learning material for the ADR practitioner. Our goal is to provide affordable informative and educational training for both legal and non-legal ADR practitioners.
